The user must accept these particular conditions in order to buy the products.
The descriptions of the products offered on the Website are based on the information and documentation provided by the suppliers.
The photographs, graphic or iconographic representations and videos related to the products, as well as commercial names, brands or any kind of distinctive signs incorporated on the Website are intended to provide the most indicative information possible.
If, due to force majeure circumstances, the product is not available after the purchase has been made, the user will be informed of the total or partial cancellation of the order by email. The partial cancellation does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the user in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions.
The prices of products offered through the Website include any other applicable taxes and are subject to VAT. For purchases made from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the prices are net. Prices can be changed at any time. The prices do not include the shipping costs of the products. These expenses are detailed in the payment process and must be accepted by the user at the time of ordering.
The company reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. The products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order registration.
The purchase of products through the Website is done following the procedure established in the "buy" section.
An email of acknowledgment of receipt and confirmation of the purchase will be sent to the user, within 1 hour of receipt of the order validation. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as it constitutes an offer you make to us to buy one or more products. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be informed through an email confirming that the product has being shipped (the "Shipment Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us (the "Agreement") will be officially formalized only when we send the Confirmation of Shipment.
Just the products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be the subject of the Contract. We will not be obliged to supply you with any product that may have been ordered until we confirm the shipment of it in a Shipment Confirmation.
Orders are managed in order of admission and shipments are made daily.
The payment of the shipping costs and price of the products purchased through the Website is made once the user receives an email of confirmation and receipt of the purchase.
The payment must be made by credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron and / or other similar cards, or through the PayPal and Stripe system. Users may cancel or extend accepted and confirmed orders when they have not yet received the "Confirmation of Shipment" email. To cancel or extend the order, the user must send an email to email@example.com
The company will deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the user, which must be a place where delivery can be made within normal business hours.
If at the time of delivery of the product at the indicated address, the user is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. There will be up to 3 attempts of delivery. If after seven (7) business days from the date of the notice, the user has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to the holder's warehouse and the user will be charged for shipping and return costs, as well as other possible management fees.
The company is not responsible for errors or damages caused in the delivery when the address given is not the place of delivery desired by the user.
At the time of delivery of the product, the user must show his identification document to the carrier, sign the delivery note and request a copy of the same to the carrier.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an "Order Confirmation" email. Once your package is ready, you’ll receive an email for "Shipping Confirmation".

The delivery is considered made from the moment in which the product is available to the user at the place of delivery indicated by him.
The risk of products (among others, loss, damage or theft) will be transmitted to the user from the moment the product order has been made available to the user in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions.
The user has a maximum of ninety (90) working days from the delivery date to, totally or partially, return the products bought, in accordance with the applicable legislation following the procedure established in these general conditions of purchase.
The user will not have the right to desist in the cases established in the regulations that are applicable.
In the event of returning a product, the following requirements must be met: the product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, the packaging provided for it or the one that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition must be used. A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products inside the package must be included, as well as the form that is provided.
If the reason for the return is not attributable to the company, the user will assume the return shipping costs that are currently 6 euros for the Peninsula or Balearic Islands and 25 euros for the Canary Islands. The international return costs depend on the country in which the user resides.
Once the return procedure has been completed by the user, the collection of the products will be scheduled and the user will be informed of the date and time of collection by email.
The owner is not responsible for the costs and expenses incurred for the return of products that occurs without following the established procedure.
The return period in case of defective product is one (1) year.
Whenever the user has followed the procedure to withdraw the purchase or cancel it, and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been fulfilled, the price paid by the user corresponding to the returned products will be refunded, deducting the costs of return.
The user will not be entitled to reimbursement of the price of returned products that are not under the same conditions in which they were delivered, if the established procedure has not been followed or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been fulfilled.
Partial returns of an order will result in partial price refunds.
The company will manage the return order of the money through the same payment system used by the user to purchase the products, within forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of arrival to the store of the returned order. The application of the return of the price on the account or card of the user will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The period of application of the return of the price will be up to seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.
The user is entitled to reimbursement of the price of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order made by the user.
In these cases, the return to the owner of the products must be carried out by the user in accordance with the established procedure, although the user will not be responsible for the costs of returning the products.
Whenever the user has followed the established procedure and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been fulfilled, the price corresponding to the returned products that are defective or do not correspond to the order of products placed by the user will be refunded, according with what is established in the previous section.
The products have the legal guarantee for lack of conformity manifested in a period of 2 months from the date of delivery and in accordance with what is established in the regulations of application.
To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to keep the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products.
The user may proceed to the return of the defective product for one (1) year.
All communications between the company and the user regarding these General Conditions or the acquisition of the products through the Website, will be made in writing through the contact section.
These General Conditions are governed by the Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute or disagreement arising out of the purchase of products through the Website and / or the present General Conditions and for the resolution of any conflicts, the parties agree to submit, at their own discretion, and with resignation to any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, to the courts and tribunals of the city corresponding to the domicile of the user.
