- DHL Express: Free International shipping on all orders over 200€. For orders under 200€, shipping fee will vary depending on your country.
- All orders from within the European Union will not incur any custom duties or import charges, except:
- Orders accepted from all other countries outside of the European Union, are subject to local authority import taxes and customs duties. The amount of these fees is established by the local authorities in each country and must be paid before your order is delivered. Once your order arrives to Customs, local authorities will contact you by telephone to inform you about the exact amount.
We offer National and International free return shipping.
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 90 days (yes, 90!) from the date you received to request an exchange or return. Garments must be returned unworn and with all original labels attached.
Simply fill-in the return form supplied with your order and send us an email to email@example.com to arrange a collection.
In Spain, Portugal, Netherlands & Belgium we will cover transportation costs for the first exchange or refund, any additional costs incurred will be charged.

Once your package leaves our premises, you can monitor it as follows:
You will receive an email with to inform you your item has been shipped.
- All packages shipped by DHL Express are provided with a tracking number. We will send you an email with all the relevant information.
- Orders shipped via Deutsche Post Global Mail are not provided with a tracking number.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an "Order Confirmation" email. Once your package is ready, you’ll receive an email for "Shipping Confirmation".
Shipments to Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands have a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours
Portugal: 48-72 hours
Canary Islands: 7 days
Ceuta and Melilla: 48 hours
- If you choose the DHL Express Option, you'll get your order in 48-72 hours
- By Deutsche Post Global Mail your order will arrive within 5-7 days.
We’ll do our best to change or extend your order in case it hasn’t left our premises. To do so, you must send an email to email@example.com and make the changes you specify.
