ORGANISING A RETURN
DAMAGED & FAULTY ORDERS
BUT … WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT LIKE IT OR IT DOESN’T FIT… WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
YES. We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 90-days of purchase, that’s 3 Months! Garments must be returned unworn and with all original labels attached.
HOW CAN I ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE?
Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject “Exchange” and your order number. Indicate in the e-mail the garments you’ll like to exchange. Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to organise the collection and ship the new garments.
Please note that for all orders outside Spain Peninsula we offer one exchange free of shipping charges per order.
HOW CAN I ORGANISE A RETURN?
STEP 1. Head to your profile and select the items you wish to return/exchange
STEP 2. Put the items you wish to return in the bag that was specifically supplied for returns within your order.
STEP 3. A member of our staff will contact you shortly to organise a pick-up.
Alternatively, send us an e-mail to email@example.com indicating in the subject “Return” and your order number. Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to organise the collection.
Important, we cannot accept returns of personalised garments with embroidered initials due to its unique and customised nature.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible.
- If you’re exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days.
- If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours. We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of arrival to the store of the returned order. The application of the return of the price on the account or card of the user will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The period of application of the return of the price will be up to seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
We carefully check each of our garments, but if something went wrong, please contact us via via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Whatsapp at +34 660 373 779. We’ll pick your order at no extra cost and exchange it or reimburse you.
