Spain (*) & Portugal
Free Shipping & Returns on all orders over 50€
For orders under 50€, shipping fee is 4.50€
(*) Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla
Free Shipping & Returns on all orders over 70€
For orders under 70€: shipping is 10€ for Canary Islands, and 12€ for Ceuta & Melilla
Australia & New Zealand
Free Shipping & Returns on all orders over 70€
For orders under 70€: shipping is 16€
Rest of the World
Free Express Shipping & Returns on all orders over 120€
For orders under 120€: shipping is 16€ for Europe and 25€ for the rest of the world.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning items for an exchange or refund are covered by us in the case of Spain, Australia & New Zealand.
In the rest of The World the shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed by us.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 90-days of purchase!
Garments must be returned unworn and with all original labels attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost, except for those cases where the order was eligible for free shipping as stated above.
In the case of faulty items refund on original and return shipping cost is guaranteed.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Spain(*), Australia, New, Zealand & Portugal:
1.- Fill the returns form supplied with your order
2.- Put the returns form and the items you wish to return in the bag that was specifically supplied for returns within your order
3.- Send us an email to email@example.com indicating in the subject “Return” and your order number. Our customer service team will arrange a collection at your earliest convenience.
(*) Canary Islands, Ceuta & Rest of the World:
1.- Put the returns form and the items you wish to return in the bag that was specifically supplied for returns within your order.
2.- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject “Return” and your order number. Our customer service team will indicate you the closest return warehouse address.
3.- Ship the goods to the address provided using the courier of your choice.
Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible.
If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of arrival to the store of the returned order. The application of the return of the price on the account or card of the user will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The period of application of the return of the price will be up to seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
We carefully check each of our garments, but if something went wrong, please contact us via whatsapp at +34 660 373 779 or via email at email@example.com . We’ll pick your order at no extra cost and exchange it or reimburse you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES?
- All orders from within the European Union and Australia and New Zealand will not incur any custom duties or import charges, except:
Canarias: Orders accepted from Canarias are subject to IGIC. Once your items are in Canarias, local authorities will contact you by telephone and they will let you know the cost of the IGIC. We are unable to advise the amount, as it changes depending on the purchase value.
Ceuta & Melilla: Orders accepted from Ceuta y Melilla are subject to IPSI. Once your items are in Ceuta or Melilla, local authorities will contact you by telephone and they will let you know the cost of the IPSI. We are unable to advise the amount, as it changes depending on the purchase value.
- Orders accepted from all other countries outside of the European Union, are subject to local authority import taxes and customs duties. The amount of these fees is established by the local authorities in each country and must be paid before your order is delivered. Once your order arrives to Customs, local authorities will contact you by telephone to inform you about the exact amount.

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Of course! Under "My Account" you can view the status of your order by entering in "Order History and Details”.
Once your package leaves our premises, you will receive 2 e-mails:
- From Believe Athletics to inform you that your item has been shipped
- From the courier company to provide you with a tracking number
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY?
Shipments to Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands have a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours
Portugal: 2-3 business days
Canary Islands: 7 natural days
Ceuta and Melilla: 2-3 business days
Australia: 1-3 business days
Rest of the world: 4-5 business days
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?
