We will be offering complimentary FREE Worldwide Shipping and Returns from Beginning of November to end of January.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
All orders received before 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday are processed and placed in the couriers that same day. Orders received after 4:00 p.m., festive days or weekends, will be prepared and sent the next working day.
We deliver Worldwide. If you are having problems, or your country is not listed, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll try our best to sort it out.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?
Yes! We’ll do our best to change or extend your order in case it hasn’t left our premises. To do so, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the changes you need.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Of course! Under “My Account” you can view the status of your order by entering in “Order History and Details”. Once your package leaves our premises, you will receive 2 notifications:
1- From Believe Athletics to inform you that your item has been shipped
2- From the Courier Company to provide you with a tracking number
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES?
All orders from within the European Union will not incur any custom duties or import charges, except:
- Canarias: Orders accepted from Canarias are subject to IGIC. Once your items are in Canarias, local authorities will contact you by telephone and they will let you know the cost of the IGIC. We are unable to advise the amount, as it changes depending on the purchase value.
- Ceuta & Melilla: Orders accepted from Ceuta y Melilla are subject to IPSI. Once your items are in Ceuta or Melilla, local authorities will contact you by telephone and they will let you know the cost of the IPSI. We are unable to advise the amount, as it changes depending on the purchase value.
Orders accepted from all other countries outside the European Union, are subject to local authority import taxes and customs duties. The amount of these fees is established by the local authorities in each country and must be paid before your order is delivered. Once your order arrives to Customs, local authorities will contact you by telephone to inform you about the exact amount.
