Wash the garment inside out in the washing machine at 30°, preferably using a short program. 

Wash with similar colors. Dry flat.

It is important not to use fabric softener to keep the antimicrobial and breathable properties of your garment intact.

In the Bras we recommend removing the removable cups before washing. In case you want to wash the cups, always do it with the cups inside the garment (do not put the cups directly in the washing machine).
