WELCOME TO OUR POINTS PROGRAM!
This is our way of showing you how much we appreciate you being part of this community that grows every day and believes in a more sustainable and conscious way of understanding fashion.
BASIC QUESTIONS
How do I access the program? The fastest way is to use the link at the bottom left of the web page. You can also go to the top menu "LOYALTY/ MY PANEL" and from there access your personalized page.
How do I join? Create a Believe account to start earning points now. Just for creating your account you get 100 Ohmms.
What if I am already a Believe customer? If you already have a BELIEVE account your subscription is automatic. We have loaded your account with a balance of 100 Ohmms so you can start enjoying your checks now!
How do I earn Ohmm points? It couldn't be easier! - You can earn points by registering: 100 Ohmms; Recommending us to your friends: 200 Ohmms; Following us on Instagram: 50 Ohmms; Making purchases: 1 Ohmm per € of purchase. For more details select the "EARN OHMMs" tab in your PANEL of the points program.
Where can I see my points? Access "LOYALTY/ MY PANEL" and you will be able to see your points in the top left bar of the program panel.
How do I redeem my points for apparel? Super easy - Select the "Redeem Your Ohmms" tab. Here you will see all available compensation levels. If you have enough Ohmms you can redeem them for checks and use them at checkout.
Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn? No! The more you shop and the more you share with your friends, the more points and checks you earn.
Can I use my points during checkout? Not directly: you must redeem your points for a check, which can then be used during the payment process.
My check does not work. If your current purchase already has a discount applied to it (for example a combo), your check will not be valid. Checks can only be used on purchases that do not have a discount applied. But don't worry, that purchase will accumulate even more points, which you can exchange for a higher value check on your next purchase.
How can I share my referral URL for me and my friends to earn 10 Euro discounts? It won't even take 10 seconds! - To share it simply go to "TRUST/ MY PANEL" select the "INVITE YOUR FRIENDS" tab and select how you want to invite them. If you select email just put their addresses; if by Whastapp just put their numbers, we will add the link for you.
Where can I share my referral URL? You have a unique, personalized referral URL that you can share how and where you see fit, except for deal or coupon sites - we love to see our girls share their links on their blogs or social profiles!
Where is my referral URL? Select the "INVITE YOUR FRIENDS" tab of MY PANEL, and you will see it at the bottom. It's a link that starts with "https://...."
Do my friends need to make a minimum purchase? Your friends need to make a minimum purchase of 10€ to apply their check, but if their first purchase is less than 49€ (after applying their 10€ discount) unfortunately you will not receive any check.

QUESTIONS FOR THE MOST "PRO" - Those that arise when you are already an advanced user.
Can I use more than one check on my purchase? No, the system only accepts one discount check per purchase.
I have a combo but I prefer to use my check, what do I do? If you have a combo in your cart and you prefer to use your check instead of the combo, we recommend that you make two separate purchases.
What do the "approved", "pending" and "cancelled" statuses in My Checks mean? Approved: You have earned these points and can redeem them for vouchers right now. Pending: Don't suffer, these points must be verified before you can redeem them. This usually applies to your purchases and those of your friends. Points take 30 days to be approved. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you return a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order? Unfortunately, the pending points will be 'cancelled' and removed from your account.
Why has my account balance gone down? It can happen! The reason is that you, or someone you recommended returned or cancelled their purchase.
I redeemed my points for checks but didn't use them and now my points are gone! Don't panic! If you haven't used it, your check is still there. You can see it in the redeem your Ohmms tab, copy the code from your check at any time and use it during the checkout process.
I finished an activity but didn't earn points! Take a deep breath... Ohmm. Sometimes it can take us a few minutes to process your activity and provide you with your points.
Horror, I already cashed my points for a check that I didn't use and now that I have more points I would like to cash them for a check of higher value! Write to us at hola@believeathletics.com and we'll try to solve it quickly.
How do I unsubscribe from the program? If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at hola@believeathletics.com and request to be removed from the program. By doing so, you will lose any points you have accumulated.
What if I leave and decide to rejoin? We'd love to have you back! Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. Unfortunately, your point total will start from zero (think twice before you leave!).
