1. Delivery Deadlines
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase:
- Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): Standard 48-72 hours
- Balearic Islands: Standard 48-72 hours
- Islands Canary Islands: Standard 5-10 days
- Ceuta and Melilla: Standard 20 days
- Europe: Standard Post: 5-8 days | Premium: 48 hours
- United Kingdom: Standard: 3-4 days | Premium: 48-72 hours
- Rest of the World: Regular: 14-21 days | Express: 4-7 days
If your order does not arrive within these deadlines, please contact us to help you resolve it.
2. Customs and Import Taxes
- Within the EU: No additional charges, except in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Canary IslandsDUA is not applied for orders under 150 €, but a tax of 3% on the value of the order may be applied.
- Ceuta and Melilla: Subject to payment of IPSI.
- Outside the EU: Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of each country.
Important Notice: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to us, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
