1. Delivery Deadlines

Three Kings Day Shipping Deadlines

We know that holiday shopping can be stressful. We want your gifts to arrive on time, so we ask that you place your orders before the deadlines below. This will ensure the necessary time for shipping and delivery.

Delivery may take up to 2 business days, and shipping time will depend on the method selected at checkout, as detailed below:

Spain and Portugal:

  • Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: December 30
  • Ceuta and Melilla: December 14
  • Islands Canary Islands: December 23

Europe:

  • Postal Standard: December 23
  • Premium: December 30

UK:

  • Standard: December 23
  • Premium: December 30

Rest of the World:

  • Regular: December 14
  • Express: December 23

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase:

  • Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): Standard 48-72 hours
  • Balearic Islands: Standard 48-72 hours
  • Islands Canary Islands: Standard 5-10 days
  • Ceuta and Melilla: Standard 20 days
  • Europe: Standard Post: 5-8 days | Premium: 48 hours
  • United Kingdom: Standard: 3-4 days | Premium: 48-72 hours
  • Rest of the World: Regular: 14-21 days | Express: 4-7 days

If your order does not arrive within these deadlines, please contact us to help you resolve it.

2. Customs and Import Taxes

  • Within the EU: No additional charges, except in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  • Canary IslandsDUA is not applied for orders under 150 €, but a tax of 3% on the value of the order may be applied.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: Subject to payment of IPSI.
  • Outside the EU: Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of each country.

Important Notice: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to us, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
