Extended returns Black Friday period: You have until January 31 for exchanges/returns.
RETURN POLICY
We are fully confident in the quality of our products, that's why we offer returns on all our garments up to 60 days after placing your order.
National Returns (mainland Spain):
- FREE returns and exchanges with home delivery.
International Returns (Europe):
- Reduced shipping costs on returns.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. In the event that the returned items do not meet the required conditions, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the product, which will result in the cancellation of the refund. It is important to note that in these situations, return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
Important notice on returns due to refusal to pay customs: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, any costs associated with the return will be deducted from your refund.
CHANGES
- Size, model* or color* changes are allowed.
- The first exchange on domestic returns (mainland Spain) is free of charge. For additional returns or exchanges, the customer must cover the shipping costs (4,50 euros).
- We offer reduced rates for exchanges outside mainland Spain and Europe.
*Forproducts purchased during promotional periods, the discount is maintained when changing size. However, if you wish to exchange for a different model or color, the initial discount can no longer be maintained if the promotional period has ended.
RETURNS
- You can choose between two reimbursement options:
- Instant through Reveni: You will receive your money in 4 seconds* after completing the return form.
- Through the original payment method: You will receive your refund within 10 to 15 working days.
* If the payment was made through Klarna it is not possible to request an instant refund.
