RETURN POLICY
We are so confident in our products that we offer returns on all our garments up to 60 days after receipt of your order.
Garments must be returned unworn and with all original tags and packaging attached.
We accept international returns and offer pre-paid return labels in most European countries. More details here.
*Unfortunately we are unable to offer labels for returns from the Canary Islands. Please send the returned goods to the address indicated. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure that the goods are not lost.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE OF SIZE, COLOR OR MODEL OF MY ORDER?
MAINLAND SPAIN AND BALEARIC ISLANDS
Exchanges in mainland Spain and Balearic Islands are FREE. You have 60 days.
If you wish to
exchange an item, please go to the returns portal at the bottom of our website
HERE and choose the "exchange" option.
We will issue a label so that you can return your garment and within 24 hours from the delivery of your package at Correos you will receive a check for the value of the returned garment so that you can purchase the model you wish to exchange.
*The check includes the value of the product, but not the original shipping costs, if any.
CANARY ISLANDS AND INTERNATIONAL
You have 60 days.
If you wish to
change an item access the returns portal in the footer of our web site
HERE and choose the option "exchange".
Depending on the country and zone you are in you will receive a label to return your merchandise or you will receive instructions to ship the merchandise using the shipping system of your choice.
Once we receive your garment we will email you a check for the value of the returned garment so that you can purchase the model you wish to exchange.

Once received and checked in our warehouses, the amount paid will be refunded in the same form of payment used.
No returns will be accepted for garments that are soiled, without tags or with clear signs of wear. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

You will receive your refund in your original method of payment less any customs charges that may be incurred on receipt of your return as well as any customs duties and taxes.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

At Believe Athletics we carefully check each of our garments, but if we have missed a detail and exceptionally you receive a garment with a defect, access the returns and exchanges portal that you will find in the footer of the website and indicate that you have received a defective product. We will contact you to solve the incident.
A garment that has deteriorated due to wear and tear within 3 months of purchase will not be considered defective.
